Hello all - crazy to think that it has been a month since we have arrived in Ireland. It is the evening of September 13th and we had an exciting day filled with a hurling match (Brody) - Gaelic football training (Abby) and a lashing rain that was on again - off again all day.
The kids have started school and start week 3 Sept 14th - Abby is in Sr, Infants and Brody is in 2nd class. They both love their classes and are learning more Irish everyday. They both take 1 class of Irish each day. We have signed Abby up for Irish dance at school and an after school art class. They will both do soccer/football this winter so that will keep us out in the rain for sure.
Brad finally sorted out his car and so we have 2 cars, 1 house and we are pretty much set. Thank goodness. Starting out after any move is hard but we are doing well - Brad is a trooper!!! The kids love having him home.
Work is great - same amazing Stryker folk all over the world! Some travel coming up for us in September - going to a castle for Abby's 7th birthday and then to Germany in November for the Christmas markets...
