Brody's baseball team won 1st place in their division in May and Abby will be in her 2nd dance recital June 20th. They both made great grades in school and we look forward to seeing them progress even more in Ireland. Abby asked if we could go to a castle for her 7th birthday since we will have just moved to Ireland in September and she may not have too many friends to have over for a party... Brody heard that and all the sudden he thinks a trip to Germany is appropriate for his 9th birthday :) Oh these kids...
We have busy summer planned filled with trips to the lake, playing with cousins, catching up with friends and family. Brody will enter school in Ireland as a 2nd class student (even though he has made it perfectly clear in the US he would be a 3rd grader...) and Abby will be a Sr. Infant (1st grade in US). I have not told her the terminology since I think that she will think she is going to a "baby" school. We are very excited about the community and school we have found - close to downtown Cork and to Nancy's work.
